Homeworking Policy (WFH Policy)


Working from home has to be managed in the same way as any other working. Working from home can potentially benefit both to employers and employees , including increased employee satisfaction, better staff retention, and potential cost savings on office space and recruitment. This home working policy is equally applicable to those employees who have the statutory right to ask, as it is to those who do not have the statutory right.

The policy operates on the principle that any request to work from home will only be approved if it is mutually beneficial, that is that the business needs of the employer are met.
